 appointment setters, apprentices, Associates, Branch Managers, Recruiters, Sales Reps, Team Leaders, interns, students, & more with the same 3 Step Screening Process for all candidates at all levels.

You do need to have an interest in real estate, finance, or Health and Wellness, experience is helpful but is not necessary. We have everything you need available to function as a highly paid Associate with a path to become a Conulstant or an Advisor as you earn and learn.

This 2 Part Step 1 Briefing replaces an Initial Interview to save you time and travel providing you give it your full attention and follow each instruction. There are several parts to this Briefing so you do have to pay attention, think, connect the dots, & follow instructions. (The Process is designed to test you as well as inform you)
We hung out the above shingle a few months before 9-11 and have only opened the doors for a couple of people at a time on and off on a few occasions since then. (when an Associate wanted to add a Client)

We only accept a new Client if they have an Associate which creates the opportunity for you because the prospective clients you work with can become your personal Clients for life. (avg lifetime value 6 figures per Client)

But you have to get through our 3 Step Screening Process to have a shot at getting on a team as a highly paid Associate.
The purpose and objective of our 3 Step Screening Process is to inform, educate, and screen you as a candidate, we will be eliminating some candidates along the way, and some will fall through the cracks. (if you pay attention, follow each instruction, provide feedback, and follow up with us you can avoid being one of them)

Our Process should save time and enable each of us us to enter the CPI or Career Planning Interview with enough information to determine whether or not there is a fit here for you, and a seat for you in our next Basic Training Class is appropriate for you at this time. (earn while you learn) If you do make it to & through basic training your 6 figure career is mapped out next to get you started on the right foot.
After closing to new Clients & Associates a few months prior to 9-11 we are now making room for the Clients and Associates we haven't met yet for the first time in years as part of an EPIC Movement with a Mission.

Joe is a retired commercial mortgage banker, one of the original Deal Doctors, our youngest Founding Father, a Sr. Advisor, & Advisory Board member who joined the cadre as 'Joe the new guy' in the mid 70's, rose quickly through the ranks, and like most of the Founding Fathers was able to retire prior to 9-11. (some retired in the 70's & 80's)
