As an Independent Client Funded Association of people and entities that do deals our RevShare program distributes revenue to the people that generate the revenue and to those that are doing the work to produce the results since most Associates build a team to divide the work load so they are working smarter instead of harder.
An Associate may build a team of Independent Contractors (I/C) and/or a team of Associates.

The smart ones do both and go on to become Senior Associates who may build a team of Associates and Independent Contractors (I/C) .
As an Associate you can do all the work and earn the full additional 20% or you can get most of that work done for you by other Associates for 5% to 12% and pocket the difference.

NOTE 45% of all Revenue is paid out at the Associate level not including bonuses.

Advisors, Program Directors, Management, Overhead, Reserves, operating expenses, and a bonus pool make up the remainder so we operate the Association at zero profit to utilize all revenue.

Associate Choices & Compensation

We learned the hard way with lots of mistakes over many years at great cost before developing our Programs and retired leaving the commercial Real Estate and Mortgage Banking business prior to 9-11 and the Mortgage Meltdown
(but we kept doing deals) and one of our many reasons for doing so was the burden of educating new Associates and Clients which the newer aspects of our business solves and creates 3 Career Opportunity choices that you can choose from now. (instead of 2)

Now you can choose: 1, 2, 1 & 2, or all 3. (the Smart Choice)
Is there anything inherently wrong with being dependent on ourselves?


There is not, it is certainly more  controllable and more reliable than depending on others where we have no control.


But the point is to move from the left side where the amount of your actual active work is what determines your income to the right side where you gain leverage from the efforts of others and do less actual active personal work and gain more income as a result.


Limitations to changing sides:


Your 5 Primary Resources; Capital (money & credit),Time, Knowledge & Skills, Relationships.


And as with most things it all starts with a shift in your Focus and your Mindset.


To change your life you have to change your thinking.

Work as a CSR & Appointment Setter is important and it is the one and only role where a full time commitment is not required at some point, we do allow permanent part time only in the CSR & Appointment Setter role and if and when you choose to want to advance you will have a 90 day window to make a full time commitment as all other roles require.

Without people to talk to an Associate is out of business. A minimum expectation of 100 appointments set and held per person each month is less than 5 per day, some may be an hour, some may only be 5 minutes, many will be by phone or online, and many with the same person as they progress through a process and/or The Process.

Everyone at every level needs to know how to do it, and what it takes to do it. Some will love it, some will hate it and want to quickly get to the point where others are doing it for them.


You will be an Independent Contractor in all of our roles with all of the tax and financial benefits that come with it. In business for yourself but not by yourself and living life on your own terms as you work taking care of business every day and building your business as you choose to.


Common Compensation Schedules are listed below. Associate Compensation is paid twice per month by check. IMA Compensation is paid twice per week by direct deposit.

We have the power to choose. Choices have consequences & knowing them in advance helps you make the right choice. An example is the illustration below on the choice you have to be or not to be an Associate in addition to being an I/C.
The choice should be clear by the numbers, the choice to be an Associate in addition to an I/C is weighted heavily in the favor of the Associate so you would think that everyone would, and those that make a Commitment do, but not everyone does.
Since 1978 we have separated those with Commitment from those without commitment by having them post a $400 Commitment Fee that is reimbursed through activity, and the balance retained if commitment is not kept long enough. It is not a requirement to be an Associate, but if you do want to also be an Associate once we have your Commitment you will have a choice to make on how you start which will affect your future.
It's easy to see why an Associate would want to add 3 or 4 CSRs to his or her team so that they can help more people, do more deals, earn more money, and make a bigger difference for more people because the scheduling work is done by others.
You can choose to be a Product of the Product and get the education you did not get in school. (but should have) An education purchase is not required, but it is the first part of a Smart Start.
Note: Any and all activity or income figures shown are for illustration purposes only. No amount of activity or income is assured or guaranteed.  You can only earn money in return for completing certain types of work properly where revenues have been allocated or though revenue generating activities through RevShare which provides unlimited earning capacity but your actions and activities are the sole determining factor in your actual level of earnings. You wake up each morning unemployed until you interact with a potential associate, potential client, potential student, or current Client so we have Lead Programs you can utilize to provide prospects to help keep you in business in between referrals and help you build your team.
Referrals have always been the lifeblood of our business and we will help you build your own referral base so you are never lacking and can experience the abundance that our Founding Fathers, Advisors, and long time Associates and Clients have that will soon be yours too.

While you are building up your base of referrals we do have lead programs you can work with and utilize to build your teams and business units.
You do not have to completely understand the compensation plans to profit from them, the money comes whether you understand them or not. Over time you will learn to understand them well. Once you do you will fully and completely understand and believe why the smart choice has that name. Put your focus on gaining knowledge and helping people and the money will take care of itself and take care of you very well.
What was your answer to the shovel manure question?

Some people would, some people would not. But the good news is you do not have to with our comp plan whether you understand it or not and once you do you are halfway there.


When you don't need a job to earn an income, you are Financially Free and you're not hungry, so you only work when and if you WANT to, not because you have to, which is why we're short of Associates, and will be forever, as most people have better uses for their time (like family, friends, & hobbies) than going to work when they don't have to. (wouldn't you?) We have a well worn path to help get you there.

Joe Says: read that paragraph above slowly and out loud 2 to 5 times to really get the message. When you do 'get it' don't wait for us to follow up or chase you, you'll be in for a very long wait, unless you are dealing with a rookie, which is OK as soon they will be the only ones you'll be able to talk to if you're not a Team Leader or Manager and soon rookies will have more people to talk to than time to talk to them too, that's an ongoing challenge due to demand for what we do.
