This is our first real recruiting effort in more than 22 years and the first one where we are seeking a significant number of new trainees in almost 30 years. All of our people are first and foremost Associates regardless of any additional role they may play, even our Advisors, Advisory Board, Program Directors & other managers are Associates.

We only seek stable people looking for a long term full-time career and have found the best way to achieve that objective on a mutually beneficial basis is to restrict new Associates to part-time participation for the first 90 day probationary period where we mutually determine if we are a good fit for each other in an informal Earn while you Learn training capacity that requires a Commitment from you to enter.

Our Buy Me A House Program and Build Me A House Program are two foundation walls under our House of Programs because as a Client you can Get the House (or investment property) and Forget the Bank ever since we first established the programs more than 40 years ago. Our Buy My House Program and Save My House Program are the other 2 foundation walls under the house with our Associate Income & Secure My Retirement Programs as the roof over the house to round out our program core which provides: Unlimited Demand - Limited Supply


Over the 40+ years that we have developed, grown, and evolved our Programs that we use in our Private Deal Platform to solve income & real estate problems for our Clients and Associates, we have found that our success was more a product of our Administrative, Customer Service, and Marketing people, than it was a product of our Salespeople and we learned how to ensure they all were extremely well paid and well taken care of to support our Client for Life Model.


Our motive in doing so was as selfish as it was noble, since it is less expensive to do business with  the same Clients over and over,than it is to keep finding new Clients, plus it is better for Clients to have assistance from the same Associates, and it is less expensive and an aid to growth and expansion to keep Associate turnover to the absolute essential minimum. (mostly due to retirement)


We took all the lessons we learned over the years (the good, the bad, & the ugly) into consideration when we chose to open our Private Deal Platform to new Associates and Clients for the first time in years to enable access to Our Programs for the next generations.


We attribute our success and longevity to the fact that our criteria for a product or Program has always been a Value that exceeds the Cost, and it must be something that fulfiiled a Need and a Want that we would be willing to sell to our mother. (providing she had a need & want)


It provides many marketing advantages when your products solve problems, fill needs, and provide value in excess of their cost, especially in the areas of housing and income which are both a need in addition to a want.


No purchase is required to become an Associate, but we do need you to make a commitment, we do find many choose to become a Product of the Product.

As a new part-time probationary Associate your responsibilities will start with providing a one of a kind experience for our prospective clients and associate candidates, our Associates, and our existing Clients. We are looking for someone looking for a long term career, that is a great relationship builder, and you typically can get along with almost anyone. You are not shy and love communication and are not afraid to step out of the box. You can work independently or within a small or large group, and always manage to get the job done. You must be comfortable working with technology and people in a fast paced environment.


You will receive basic training on all of the Programs we work with. We are looking for these individuals to be cross trained through every avenue and aspect since you will be managing multiple responsibilities and Programs and ultimately will pick 1 or 2 as your specialty. Ideally we are looking for you to be able to take your training and move into a management position as a Team Leader or Assistant Program Director.

- Must be available on evenings and weekends periodically

We pay far better than average and we intentionally designed our Assocate roles to to be 'slavery by your own choice' as you will eventually find out.


All you need to get started is to make your Commitment to complete Basic Training and your 90 day probationary period. We have a minimum work expectation during your 90 day probation which will average around 20 hours per week.


There is no cost for Basic Training.


Since 1978 Advanced Training and an Accelerated Development Program is available with a $400 Associate Commitment Fee that will be reimbursed via our Tuition Reimbursement Program which is part of our Ultimate Benefit Plan should you choose that option.


We find most people do choose that option so they can take advantage of our Ultimate Benefit Program especially when they find out the bonuses are better so that they end up earning more money for the same amount of work, based on our minimum expectations during probation it is the difference between just over $1,700 per month and just over $4,000 per month, which would you choose?


Along the same lines we find most new Associates choose to be a product of the product at some level once they realize that even if they don't pass probation they have value they can use for life that greatly exceeds the cost to acquire it. (even without our R/A discount)
