   After closing to new Clients & Associates a few months prior to 9-11 we are now making room for the Clients and Associates we haven't met yet for the first time in years as part of an EPIC Movement with a Mission.

   We transform properties and lives using our House of Programs to solve real estate and income problems creating Affordable Housing to empower families and individuals to follow the well worn path to achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership, an above average income, and create a secure retirement to fulfill our Mission to Make A Difference 1 person and 1 property at a time using our Client for Life model, House of Programs and Private Deal Platform to do it.


   We've teamed up on our Movement with Inspire Capital Partners and Inspire Realty Partners to add some relative youth and freshness to our established core in order to make maximum impact and provide for more longevity at the senior level as we continue to expand our network and spread across the country continuing our mission.


   Inspire covers the hands on field training, real estate brokerage, and more, Anchor provides the Programs, a Private Client Portal, and a Private Deal PlatformWe utilize our Preferred Provider network for ancillary services.


   We have many local Branch Offices across the Country on the Drawing Board and we identify potential Team Leaders and help them build their teams prior to opening a local Branch Office which can be a hub for any or all of our Triad that is collaborating on the expansion.

   Over the years we found an educated Client is our best Client, an educated Associate can best assist our Clients, so that we can just do the deals without having to answer the same basic questions over and over again.


The Process is a regimented and highly effective Marketing, Recruiting, and Sales Process that has been in use for far more than 50 years and has been responsible for over 10,000 deals and several billion dollars in sales in the Real Estate and Finance space over the past 50 years for the Anchor Core Cadre alone.

With an inception before computers much of The Process original documentation was hand written or typed and unfortunately did not all make it to digital media. As the youngest of the Founding Fathers Joe was the last working person to have first hand experience with The Process.

It started with our 3 Step Screening Process for new candidates.

   We were in the process of modifying the first 2 steps from the original 3 Step Screening process for more efficient use of your time and ours.

Step 1 used to be a phone screen and invitation to come down to our office for an initial Interview if there was mutual interest. That was always effective but it was too man-hour intensive for us and required you to commute to our office to complete our application answer a few more questions find out a little bit about us and go back home to wait and see if you qualified to go on to Step 2 which was an all day career Orientation for all candidates.


   We tried keeping the substance intact and modifying the form by breaking each Step into several smaller shorter parts to make better use of your time and ours.


Step 1 started with this page which gave you a short briefing on our original and newer parts.

Step 2 started with several intro recordings to cover part of your Orientation that used to be a full day event.



The idea was the Step 1 and Step 2 pages along with some of the videos on them would give you enough background for us to have an intelligent discussion about where you are in your life now, & what you want to accomplish.

   We would cover that at your Career Planning Interview (CPI) because we tailor your Career Path to accomplish your objectives just like we tailor our Programs to accomplish our Client's objectives.


   The Process commences with a sound & solid Regimented Recruiting Process that starts with a 3 Step Screening Process for new candidates as the foundation and provides a solid Basic Training and Marketing Process to complete the foundation and merges into an Accelerated Development Program and advanced training in various specialties for Retention, Personal Development, and Growth.

   Our programs are the tools we use to Make a Difference and our Education Program was our newest addition.

   We work on the Client for Life model and have many long time Clients and Associates so we are only seeking stable people looking for a long term career.


   In order to acquire the knowledge and skills to help our Clients and Associates do real estate deals the right way you will enter our part-time U Earn While U Learn training program on a 90 day probationary basis where if you are serious you can acquire the right knowledge and skills if you commit an average of at least 20 hours per week over your 90 day probationary period, (mostly at home) you will have acquired enough knowledge and skills to be able to fill the role productively and make the move to full-time. (as long as you pass your probation)


   We have always believed that work can and should be fun, and encourage our Associates to do what they can too make it so, but at the end of the day it is still work.


   If you do pass your probation but are not yet ready to make a full time commitment you can either stay on in a part-time PR and administrative capacity until you are ready to make a full time commitment, or you can go back to your old life with your newly acquired knowledge and skills better off than you were.


   That is a win-win deal for you, which are the only kinds of deals we do.


   We learned how to do deals the right way from the school of hard knocks but our new Clients and Associates can choose to do it the easy way and use our Education Program and the platform we chose to use to deliver it.
