Everyone starts part time as a 'Probie' on 90 Days Probation and enters our earn while you learn training program as an Appointment Setter where you have the ability to earn up to $25 - $50/hr (with bonuses) just setting appointments, progress to CSR, recruiter, real estate assistant, then to Associate, where you can remain or move on into management.

We're simply a Private Deal Platform.

We Offer Programs. We Facilitate Transactions. We Do Deals.

We Do Deals for existing long time Clients and don't take new ones.


Programs allow new Clients to tag along as long as they have an Associate.

We're on the Strategic side Associates & Clients are on the Transaction side. It takes both sides to make a deal. Making an opportunity for you.

We've found over the years our administrative and customer service people were a key to our success which is why we paid them well. As we've evolved we've improved, our administrative & customer service people helped us take it there, so we want you, and will help you get to the next level too if you've got good administrative and/or customer service skills, and are not a slacker or negative person.


Starting with our Earn While You Learn Training Program. You will start part time and earn supplemental income, gradually transition into the last career you will ever want or need.  Work from home and/or 1 of our Offices or project locations.


We have the Programs that can make a difference for our Clients, a large active group of real estate investors that collaborate on deals rather than compete for them, and Deal Review by seasoned Deal Makers.


Remember as Todd pointed out (in the video above) our Founding Fathers successfully retired and stopped taking on new Clients (and Associates) before 9-11. (but didn't stop doing deals)


You can start as an assistant and have the ability to earn $25 to $50/hr (with bonuses) just setting appointments & it gets better from there.

This is the information page for our Appointment Setters, Real Estate Administrative Assistants & CSRs who assist Associates to get Advisors the information they need or want to process Client Deals.

Basic Appointment Setter Duties

 1.  Handle incoming calls & emails, send links to information, Take messages, Pre-screen Candidates, obtain answers to questions, form responses, & fill out Candidate info forms.

 2.  Guide candidates through the screening process.  Report results.
 
 3.  Place career postings, classified ads, organize and maintain documents, forms, databases, websites, & videos. (Recruiter)


Work as an Appointment Setter and/or Recruiter is important and where all new people start. It pays you above average for the work that you do which is possible because we don't pay anyone just for showing up, only for work, so you know you will never be around slackers in our world.


An Appointment typically consists of a scheduled visit to an office, a web page with a video or other information along with an email, text, and/or phone call confirming action and providing direction to the next step.

With 14 Appointment Steps just in the recruiting process which is where all candidates start there always will be plenty of work to go around.


We pay $0-$5 per appointment, (plus bonuses) so with 14 appointment steps per candidate it's easy to see how easy $25 to $50/hr can be just setting appointments; at 1 - 2 min ea there is at least 30 possibilities per hr, work hard for a few hours a day and your life can be very good.


Once you reach core competence in setting recruiting appointments you can advance to Client services opening up even more opportunity.


Setting Appointments can pay your bills and more with your bonus checks as the icing on the cake.

The Cash Recovery Party is a late 2016 idea that came from the newer part of what we do but is based off of a simple principle that we have lived by and used going back to the late 60's and ever since.

The bonus on a deal can be fairly substantial.



Our Real Estate Assistant position is also the first step to becoming a full Associate as all Associates learn as an assistant as part of our earn while you learn training program. (we weed any slackers out as probies) If you don't mind working with slackers bow out now.

To make it anywhere in our world you need to be committed. (if you have a commitment nothing else matters, without a commitment nothing matters)


Once  we can get you set up to start earning setting appointments you will progress at your own pace.

From Appointment Setter you will move up to Real Estate Assistant and then go on to full Associate, and advance from there as far as your ambition and talents take you.
 



Real Estate Assistant

Our Real Estate Assistant position is the first line of contact with many of our prospective clients who may go on to become long time Clients like some that have been with us over 30 years so it carries a lot of responsibility with it. It is also the first step to becoming a full Associate as all Associates learn as an assistant as part of our earn while you learn training program.



20  Basic Real Estate Assistant Duties

 1.  Handle incoming calls & emails.  Take messages, fill out Candidate, Seller, & Buyer forms. Pre-screen Candidates & prospective clients. (Buyer & Seller)
 
 2.  Place career postings, classified ads, assemble and mail marketing letters, organize and maintain documents, forms, databases, websites, & videos.

 3.  Shop for (dream team) vendors and supplies.  Report back.

 4.  Help distribute marketing materials, complete forms, & enroll prospects, Clients, and candidates in Programs.
   
  5.  Handle incoming calls & emails from Seller and Buyer Prospects. Take info. Pre-screen.

  6.  Pull tax info and comps for pre-screened prospects.

  7.  Double-check all signed paperwork from deals.

  8.  Fax sales contracts to Title Company (or attorney) to get title reports.

  9.  Check over title reports when they are faxed back. 

10. Put together short sale packages.  Get them reviewed.         
   
11. Send out short sale packages.   

12.  Pass repair lists on to Sellers. Get date for completion, or get discount. 

13.  Order carpet, paint, and/or any other work to be done before re-sale.

14.  Follow up with contractors on work.  Make payments with approval.
   
15.  When work is done pick up staging kits.  Stage houses.

16.  Handle incoming calls & emails from Buyer Prospects. Take info.

 17.  Move staging kits out of sold properties to next house or storage.

18.  Maintain accounting spreadsheet for business and individual properties.

 19.  Send and receive all monthly payments.  Handle business accounts.

20. Provide ongoing customer service to all candidates, prospects, Sellers, & Buyers.

Beyond the 20 Basic Duties for a Real Estate Assistant other tasks in furtherance of Our Mission, Client Service, and improvement of Processes fall under the Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities.

Improvement of the Platform and Processes is a prime priority and joint responsibility of Associates at all levels. If you never do more than you get paid for, you'll never get paid for more than what you do.
