   The Great American Dream has been at risk of becoming the Great American Myth since the 70's. (just ask anyone who survived the 70's and 80's like we did) But what is the distinction between a Dream and a Myth? A Dream is something that can happen, it's worthy of having as a goal.

   A Myth is fiction & fantasy, an idealistic & improbable image. Is the Great American Dream at risk of becoming the Great American Myth?

   Well just look at the retirement statistics and decide for yourself. (or check your r
etirement savings)
   So just how is it that in this the greatest country in the world only 5% of the people that set out with great expectations, after working for over 40 years have reached a level that would be considered successful by most people? That certainly wasn't the plan.   So what happened to those great expectations?      . . .  and  . . .

   . . .   Why has the 5% statistic not changed much after 40 years of ... progress?

    Shouldn't there have been some improvement?

    We’ll reveal the answer to you in a second, but first, it’s important to know that there is more practical information available in the past 50 years on how to achieve success in any field than there has ever been in the history of time.

   We're not overly concerned with the how or why for most people as we've taken our Clients and Associates into the 5% for 40 years of HGTV caliber real life covering every aspect of real estate & finance before retiring. The path has been plodded so down well so it's easy for you to follow which you do can once you make through our screening process and get on the inside instead of standing outside trying to look in.


Since that’s true, then why does only 5% of the population end up financially independent at the end of their working lives?


Is there something wrong with the world we live in?


Absolutely not… it’s because everything that has ever revolutionized our lives was first started with an IDEA. And having an idea isn’t enough… you have to follow through with it - then, the chances are good that you can quickly change your own life as well as those around you.

   Joe is a Sr. Advisor & Advisory Board member of Anchor Advisors & Associates who was able to retire prior to 9-11 and happens to be the youngest of the Founding Fathers.

The Part 1 of the Anchor Briefing continues below.
       From our B.C. inception forward we focused on marketing, systems, and processes. We were never Pioneers, although quite often we were early adopters of a good idea & made it work for us.
  When we were early adopters of good ideas we used our expertise in marketing, systems, and processes to take what a pioneer had started, and put it together in a way that would make it work for our Clients, and in spite of many obstacles we went on to prosper and thrive, where many well established settlers didn't even survive.
We are a Private Deal Platform.

Our Programs allow new Clients to tag along as long as they have an Associate. (that's one of the places where you can come in & make a difference)


     We are on the Strategic side Associates & Clients are on the Transaction side. It takes both sides to make a deal, it can't be done on just one. (that's what gives you the opportunity you couldn't get any other way)
  

   We have conditionally made things possible for the next generations to follow in our footsteps using our Programs, Platform, and Resources.
    Doing Deals can be profitable but it's risky for the uneducated and inexperienced. Our Deal or NO DEAL Review by seasoned deal makers is provided for all Deals that run through our Private Deal Platform using any of our Programs so Clients can rest assured that someone that knows a good deal from a bad one has their back so they don't learn the hard way only after it's too late. (we've been there, and we're here to tell you: you don't want a Client of yours to go there)

   Which is only made possible by the fact that as one of our Associates you are paid to do what we are unwilling to do, saving our time so that we are able and willing to help Clients and Associates do what they are unable to do, and you can learn in the process.

    After being closed to new Clients and Associates for years this Step 1 Briefing in our 3 Step Screening Process will show you how we can accept new Clients and Associates and what it can mean for you and your future. (that gives you an opportunity you just couldn't get any other way)
   We Beat the Curve and not only survived but went on to thrive in the face of many adversities (including a double digit prime rate) while many other well established companies failed. So the mortgage meltdown that brought our Founding Fathers out of retirement long enough to establish the Private Deal Platform for the next several generations to access our Programs and resources was just another bump in the road for us.
 Joe is a retired commercial mortgage banker, one of the original Deal Doctors, a Thought Leader in real estate & finance, one of Americas Premier Experts, our youngest Founding Father, a Sr. Advisor, & Advisory Board member who joined the cadre as 'Joe the new guy' in the mid 70's, rose quickly through the ranks, and like most of the Founding Fathers was able to retire prior to 9-11. (some retired in the 70's & 80's)


   While Joe was working on a couple of projects with Brian Tracy including the Beat The Curve book, Brian Meara (a long time East Coast Associate of ours and a short sale expert
) introduced Joe to Scott who you heard from on the recorded Briefing.

   It's far too easy to confuse stability with security. Everyone wants financial and economic security, and that only comes through entrepreneurship. In basic economics entrepreneurs are the ones that seek the opportunity to bring together the men, money, materials, and resources to produce a product that can be sold at a price greater than the cost to bring them together.


   Entrepreneurship rises the tides of the global economy. 90% of people can work at jobs, but only 10% of people can create jobs, those are the entrepreneurs. We take the 90 - 10 ratio, and turn it into an 80 - 20, or 70 - 30 ratio using a simple proprietary process, and in doing so, the 20% or 30% create and average of 6 to 8 new jobs per entrepreneur. Find a need and fill it is the key to success and that's all we did.


   You don't need a job, but you do need income.




A few words directly from Joe Dorner:

Retired life was pretty good for a while; do what I want when I want, and do a deal for one of my Clients a couple of times a year. It was enough to keep on top of what's going on and provide for retied life and a little extra money. It did get to be boring after a while but it's what enabled us to have the time to put together the Private Deal Platform for the next generations to carry on and access our Programs and resources.


The problem with that was that as 'Joe the new guy' in the mid 70's I was the one who was 'volunteered' to spearhead setting up the infrastructure which I was doing for the past 7 1/2 or 8 years until I got an excited call from short sale expert and long time East Coast Associate Brian Meara with a link to the Briefing with Scott Rowe and 1 look was all it took to know I wanted to be in.


I immediately saw a big missing piece of the puzzle I had been trying to assemble at great personal expense over the past 7 1/2 or 8 years. It was hidden in plain sight right in my own backyard, and filled all 3 voids in the Anchor Model, my light bulb was instantly turned on.


A big change that really means a lot to me is the fact that my wife Sandy after almost 40 years with a mortgage banker and deal maker as a husband who previously had no interest in business, once I invited her to the Downers Grove office to get her opinion (with no idea what she was coming to see) at Scott's National Introduction training she got excited, quit her part time job the next day, and now is taking classes and helping with the business.
