CSR & Appointment Setter, Assistant, & Associate information.

Work as a CSR & Appointment Setter is important and we do allow permanent part time in the CSR & Appointment Setter role and if and when you choose to want to advance you will have a 90 day window to make a full time commitment as most other roles require.

As a CSR & appointment setter there are more than 18 different types of appointments to set and you will be setting 3 or 4 to start.

As a CSR & appointment setter we want you to experience first hand the Briefing, Introduction meeting, Follow UP & Q&A, and Cash Recovery appointments that you will be setting for our guests before you start work. (think mystery shopper)

We want you to be confident that our guests are treated properly and receive valuable information, and we want you to be confident that it is something you are comfortable doing.

Whether you have an interest in Real Estate, our Programs or other roles for yourself or not is totally up to you, but we don't want you to think we are keeping them a secret from you since you could earn more money as an Associate and/or IMA without even doing a real estate deal and we want everyone to have a shot at success, it's up to you if you want to take advantage of other options or not.

We will always need CSRs & appointment setters due to growth and demand, and it can be a great way to earn some extra income or it can be a stepping stone to a lucrative career.

Everyone starts part time as a 'Probie' on 90 Days Probation and enters our earn while you learn training program as an Appointment Setter where you
will have the ability to earn up to $25/hr (with bonuses) just setting appointments, you will progress quickly to CSR, then if you choose to advance to Recruiter, PR Associate, IMA, and Associate, where you can remain until you are ready to move on into management or become a consultant or Advisor.

Starting in our Earn While You Learn Training Program you will start part time and earn supplemental income, then gradually transition into the last career you will ever want or need.  Work from home and/or 1 of our local branch Offices. (we are adding local branch offices as quickly as we can get branch managers trained and Qualified to operate them)


We have the Programs that make a difference for our Clients and Associates solving real estate and income problems. Work as an Appointment Setter and/or Recruiter is important. It pays you above average for the work that you do which is possible because we don't pay anyone just for showing up, only for work that get done, so you know you will never be around slackers in our world.


You will be an Independent Contractor with all of the tax and financial benefits that come with it. In business for yourself, but not by yourself, and living life on your own terms as you work taking care of business.

Appointment Setting is a simple task everyone at every level needs to learn. Simple is not the same as easy, nothing is easy when other people are involved, life and human nature get in the way of easy. Setting appointments and insuring they are kept is important work.

A select few will obtain Independence from job and economic uncertainty, from being chained to a desk, or stuck in an unrewarding job going nowhere, or stuck with no job at all. We've found over the years our administrative and customer service people were a big key to our success which is why we paid them well. As we've evolved we've improved, our administrative & customer service people helped us take it there, so we want you, and will help you get to the next level too if you've got good administrative and/or customer service skills, and are not a slacker or negative person.
