CSR & Appointment Setter, Assistant, & Associate information.

Everyone starts part time as a 'Probie' on 90 Days Probation and enters our earn while you learn training program as an Appointment Setter
progress to CSR, recruiter, real estate assistant, then to Associate, where you can remain or move on into management. Our Minimum Initial Expectations for Basic Training follow.
Work from home and/or 1 of our local branch Offices. (we are adding local branch offices as quickly as we can get branch managers trained and Certified to operate them)

We have the Programs that can make a difference for our Clients, a large active group of real estate investors that collaborate on deals rather than compete for them, and Deal Review by seasoned Deal Makers.

We pay you above average for the work that you do which is possible because we don't pay anyone just for showing up, only for work, so you know you will never be around slackers in our world.

We are all Independent Contractors with all the tax and financial benefits that come with it. In business for our self but not by our self and living life on our own terms as we work taking care of business every day.

You will be an Indpendent Contractor for the maximum income and tax advantages available. You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. You will have the right to use our systems and processes in your business.

You will want to obtain an EIN number ASAP and not use your Social Security number and create a separate entity via a d/b/a or better yet as a corporation or LLC.

We pay people for the work that they do, not for just showing up, so the more efficient you are at your work the higher your effective hourly earnings will be.

We have the power to choose. Choices have consequences & knowing them in advance helps you make the right choice. An example is the illustration below on the choice you have to be or not to be an Associate.

You would think that when faced with the prospect of earning $4,000 instead of $1,700 for the same amount of work based on our Initial Minimum Monthly Expectations that only a fool would not make the choice to be an Associate, wouldn't you?
With a choice between $4,000 and $1,700 for the same amount of work hinging on the To Be or Not to Be an Associate choice it should be a 'no brainer' choice 100% of Candidates make without any hesitation what-so ever, but it's not always 100%. (due to human nature - no Associate base rate + Commitment Fee)

That is especially hard to fathom as many of our Associates greatly exceed our Initial Minimum Monthly Expectations 
in production.

We learned a long time ago (1978) to ensure new Associates are serious and committed by requiring a commitment fee be posted to weed out the weak. (covered under our Tuition Reimbursement Program see below)

The Commitment Fee is part of our weeding out process to make sure that you will never have to sit next to a slacker. If you are not ready and willing to commit you can still set appointments and do CSR work for our Associates. (an Associate earns the income difference)

We do believe in education and also market a top rated financial & real estate education which is what our Cash Recovery Party and Events are all about; a Preview of the Education as we have found an educated Client is our best Client and an Educated Associate can best assist our clients.

As an Associate your bonus is higher on Client services, Client deals, and education tuition due to the fact that you are an Independent Contractor who made the wise choice to give up the base rate for the true security of full compensation instead of partial, on top of the ability to build a team & your own Client base, that over time is worth a small fortune to you.

When you become an Independent Marketing Affiliate for the Education you pick up another jump in income for doing the same amount of work.

As an IMA and Associate you pick up an extra $4,000 over being just an Associate each month based on the same amount of work. However there is an annual cost to being an IMA. ($125/yr) A very small price to pay for $4,000/mo and many other benefits.

You are not required to also be an IMA but if you are just an Associate the $4,000 income difference in your bonus goes to the enrolling IMA(s) instead of you. (they will appreciate your work)

An IMA is not required to own the education but there are real life practical reasons along with financially practical reasons plus compensation advantages to do so. (it is hard to recommend something you don't own)

You have the power to choose and now that you are informed of the financial consequences of your choices you may choose on an informed basis. (which we insist upon) If you choose to pay us or an Associate more than necessary you need to know. (& we will wonder why) But the choice is yours and yours alone. (if you need help just ask)

   6 @ $68.33

(no interest - no service charge)

 - or - 10 @ $42.00 *
* There is a small service charge added to the extended payment plans. i.e. $20.00 to gain the additional leverage of 10 payments.

There is not anything inherently wrong with depending on ourselves, it is more reliable and controllable than depending on others where we have no control, but the point is to move from the left side where the amount of your actual active work is what determines your income to the right side where you gain leverage from the efforts of others and do less actual active personal work and gain more income as a result.

Limitations to changing sides:

Capital (money & credit),Time, Knowledge & Skills, Relationships, and as with most things it all starts with a simple shift in your focus and mindset.
