Funding Deals is something we learned to do early in life out of necessity, been doing in volume since the 60's, and large volume since the early 80s before slowing down a bit just before 9-11 when we exited the business, stopped accepting new Clients, and went totally Private doing deals and funding deals only for our long time existing Clients and Associates.
