When you don't need a job to earn income you are Financially Free so you only work when and if you WANT to, not because you have to, which is why we're short of Associates, as most people have better uses for their time
(like family, friends, & hobbies) than going to work when they don't
have to. (wouldn't you?)

A Committed Associate has signed up and committed with Anchor Advisors & Associates as an Associate and enrolled in Basic Training to qualify for a spot on the Anchor team.
A Fully Committed Associate has also signed up with Investor Entourage, become a Renatus IMA, and obtained Renatus education to qualify for a spot on one of the 4 Anchor A level teams.
