In order to service our Client's for Life our highly paid Associates earn a far above average income using a model that divides the work into easy to manage chunks and pays the administrative and marketing support Associates so well that it creates 'slavery by choice' a label created by one of the Founding Fathers, and it is part of the 'secret sauce' that keeps good people around. When people are earning more than they can get paid elsewhere in an environment that is fun and empowering turnover is not an issue which is good for everyone.


This is an earn while you learn internship where you will work with existing candidates, prospective clients, & actual Clients, and learn to service them earning money for the work that you do, and you will learn to market for new candidates, prospective clients, and interact with existing candidates and prospective clients in a Public Relations capacity.

All new candidates and prospective clients that your marketing efforts attract, or exiting candidates, or prospective clients you interact with that are enrolled as an actual Associate, Client, or student by an existing Associate will get you paid.


You get paid more when you enroll them and bring them on board yourself, but first you've got to learn how by watching others do it and assisting them in their efforts.

The Earn while you Learn Intern program rotation will include learning the following;


- The Marketing & Public Relations Process

- The Administrative & Client Service Process

- Phone, text, & email follow up work.

- CRM & software training

- The Sales & Management process, from initial contact through the process to closing.

- The Recruiting & Training Process


You will Learn all these valuable skills and Earn decent money while you learn and gain these valuable career skills that will stay with you whether you make it on to our team of Associates or not.

Full time Career placement as one of our highly paid Associates is available for successful Interns who successfully complete one or more Internship rotations.

As an Intern on a part time basis you will Earn better than average money now and an exceptional income once you are fully trained and certified as one of our highly paid Associates.

We accept applications and responses every other Mon-Weds, screen candidates Thurs-Sat, and invite candidates of interest to an informal meet and greet Tues evening and an Orientation on Thurs eve if there is mutual interest with a Q&A session on Fri for a Monday start in our Earn while you Learn Basic Training.


It is simple, not easy, and it does take Commitment to do it. We know not everyone will qualify, and not everyone who does will successfully complete Basic Training.
We are seeking 8 Interns for our next class and offering a great opportunity with our internship program starting in the field of Marketing and Public Relations and rotating through Administrative & Client Service, Sales & Management, and Recruiting and Training.

This is an earn while you learn paying internship with a chance for Career placement as one of our highly paid Associates upon successful completion.
