between deals provides revenues to pay Associates as we have
unlimited funding for Deals, but no funding for overhead.
We do deals, and we've been doing deals since the late 50's. (at least our Sr. Founding Fathers and some of our Sr. Advisors have been) That's how we've earned our living; do a deal, or go hungry, and that's how we got good at doing deals, and good at marketing. (prices & commissions were pretty low in the 50's, 60's, & 70's) The problem with getting good at marketing is; the better you do your job, the sooner you don't have one, and then you have to find another project or another deal to have inventory to market. With unlimited funding for Deals, but no funding for overhead, the license to distribute the education fills a big void in the Anchor model.

Retired life was pretty good for a while; do what I want when I want, and do a deal for one of my Clients a couple of times a year. It was enough to keep on top of what's going on and provide a little extra money.
