It will take some time to complete this page due to the volume of information and inquiries we have and the changes we've made over the last few years along with recent developments so the one thing you need to know is that there is no easy button or short cuts to learning what you Need to Know in order to be successful in our business, it can take you 20 or 30 years by trial and error, or as few as 7 to 10 years if you have the mind-set, work ethic, and advantages that we did years ago, or you can plug into The Process that we used and refined over 50 years and become productive in your first year and knowledgeable, resourceful, & unconsciously competent within 5 years.
Time has always been tight due to demand for what we do but for the last year or so it has been impossible for Sandy and I.

Sandy's mother who is elderly, has Parkinson's, Stage 4 Cancer, and can no longer be on her own so Sandy & I are her primary caregivers so one of us can always be with her affecting our availability and ability to communicate reliably or timely.

We are praying with her new treatments she stays with us long enough to move into the new house we were planning on building.

We put the plans to build the house on hold until after Sandy has her next spinal surgery and has her back injury under control from her work accident in 2014 which we are hoping is before fall of 2018.

Now more than ever before it is imperative you get on the Anchor A Team or B Team before it's too late to gain first hand insight without taking years to develop it yourself.

This business is not all 'self serve' but while we are sorting things out and preparing some updated training info for the new class go ahead and get yourself started we have a lot of material you need to catch up on, and we'll catch up with you as soon as we can. We hope you appreciate the need to be with family before framily.

It took more than 40 years to get to 2001, and then a year and a half after the meltdown to plan, plus another year to put together the basic infrastructure for the conversion from a physical presence to a virtual one, and then the real work started in Sept 2010 slowly preparing for roll out.

Renatus has taken a big educational and operational burden off of us which is why we merged our movement and mission to be congruent with theirs.

I'm done. I put in too much work over too many years neglecting my Clients & family in the process. I will be spending more time with both. At my age and level of experience I am only going to invest time where it makes the most difference.

I will do 3 training classes to teach the next generation of leaders the simple secrets to The Process. I'm going back to retirement, manning my Deal or NO DEAL button post, doing my pet projects, and a deal for my long time personal Clients ONLY from time to time, and not taking on new Clients, that's the job for Associates and aspiring leaders.

So if you have aspirations of being a leader and cutting down your learning curve you better get in as a fully committed Associate before it's too late.

Learning from someone with first hand experience in The Process won't be available again until after the first couple of classes have obtained it first hand themselves, and then experienced it over time. So get in before it's too late.

I was 'volunteered' to be here and came out of retirement to do it and have been working longer and harder after retirement than my last 10 years before retirement primarily because I have always been an ardent advocate for our Associates and know what it takes, & where the bumps are that can slow you down if not avoided.

I also know that our other people that possess the required knowledge of The Process are not willing to take time away from retirement to do it. But don't mistake my kindness for weakness, just ask Sandy who swore almost 40 years ago she would never work for me again. (we're married 35 yrs) I have a big heart, big expectations for people, but a low tolerance for laziness, incompetence, poor performance, & lack of initiative.

Obviously I'm not doing this for the money because not only have I not earned any in the last 9 or 10 years while setting up the infrastructure, I've been paying for most of it and turning down requests from long time Clients. If it was about the money I'd just do a few apartment building or shopping center deals for my long time Clients each year instead of making the Associate opportunity possible for you and the next generation.

This is the proven model we have worked with since the mid 70's where we started with 4 Program Directors under 1 Executive Program Director and operated with military precision in a system called The Process which is what we now need to replicate and the first 3 classes will be moderated by Joe who learned The Process in the mid 70's and quickly be came proficient at it which you can do quickly too when you gain his insight if you can get in before it is too late.
