Everyone starts part time as a 'Probie' on 90 Days Probation and enters our earn while you learn training program as an Appointment Setter where you have the ability to earn up to $25 - $50/hr (with bonuses) just setting appointments, progress to recruiter, real estate assistant, then to Associate, where you can remain or move on into management.

Basic Appointment Setter Duties

 1.  Handle incoming calls & emails, send links to information, Take messages, Pre-screen Candidates, obtain answers to questions, form responses, & fill out Candidate info forms.

 2.  Guide candidates through the screening process.  Report results.
 
 3.  Place career postings, classified ads, organize and maintain documents, forms, databases, websites, & videos. (Recruiter)

Once you reach core competence in setting recruiting appointments you can advance to Client services opening up even more opportunity.


Setting Appointments can pay your bills and more so your bonus checks are the icing on the cake.

The bonus on a deal can be fairly substantial.


Since we are a Private Deal Platform with virtually unlimited funding for Deals, but absolutely no funding for overhead, (which includes pay for Associates) we utilize our RevShare program to equitably share the work and the revenue from Client Deals, and other revenue generating activities among the people performing the work.

It took us many years to find and develop our RevShare program to balance the work and pay scales and smooth out the peaks and valleys for originators so we could continue to provide above average earnings for everyone without unnecessary overhead.
Client Deals and Deal Profits are the primary revenue source, we don't charge fees to Clients for the services of an Associate to assist them, but we do take a Profit Advance in the form of an Advance Profit Payment from Clients in order to compensate Associates for assistance with their Deal. (that's how we get money to pay you for your help) So if you're working on a Client Deal or other activity that is directly related to moving a Client Deal forward you are being productive.


An Advance Profit Payment from Clients is an asset to the Client that applies to their Deal so it is not a cost to them but it allows short term revenue between closings to pay for overhead including your assistance.

Our Commitment Fee and Training Deposit policy we've had in effect since 1978 has a similar function of helping to cover overhead, and our Tuition Reimbursement insures it is not a cost to people that actually perform the work.

What the
Commitment Fee and Training Deposit policy, and the Advance Profit Payment Policy have in common is they both help defray some of the overhead costs for our Private Deal Platform without a direct cost to Clients or Associates as the only way it can be a cost to you either is if you quit.

We know human nature from years of experience, and know full well; 'You will give up on you, before we give up on you' and since winners never quit, and quitters never win, a Commitment is a difference maker.

An Appointment typically consists of a scheduled visit to a web page with a video or other information along with an email, text, and/or phone call confirming action and providing direction to the next step.

With 10 Appointment Steps just in the recruiting process which is where all candidates start there always will be plenty of work to go around.


Since we pay $0-$5 per appointment, (plus bonuses) so with 10 appointment steps per candidate it's easy to see how easy $25 to $50/hr can be just setting appointments; at 1 - 2 min ea is at least 30 possibilities per hr, work hard for a few hours a day and your life can be very good.

The RevShare Schedule above has the rates for leads that we generate, we provide access to fresh candidate applications, recycled candidates who have applied but never fully completed the process, and access to a resume database of potential candidates who have not responded.

On the
RevShare Schedule below we have the rates for personal referrals and other self generated leads. (personal referrals have always been the lifeblood of our business.)
Note: As you get familiar with our Programs you will find more ways to earn money than you can count due to the depth & breadth of our Program line up and the amount to work that goes into a deal.

You will find it will make your life easier and pay you more to become an IMA and Associate at your soonest opportunity as illustrated in the RevShare Scales info image above. Do it when you are ready. (you will know when it's time for you)

All RevShare payments are processed on the 1st and 15th for work completed during previous period and paid by check a week later. Commissions are paid by
direct deposit twice a week to active IMAs.

First, a Committed Associate is an Associate who has committed to enter our earn while you learn Basic Training Program and has paid their $400 Associate Commitment Fee & Training Deposit. (payment plan available and reimbursed through our Tuition Reimbursement Program)


A Fully Committed Associate has also signed up with Investor Entourage, obtained Renatus education, and become a Renatus IMA.
