We have commenced our first real recruiting effort in more than 22 years and the first one where we are seeking a significant number of new trainees in almost 30 years.

All of our people are first and foremost Associates regardless of any additional role they may play, even our Advisors, Advisory Board, Program Directors & other managers are Associates.

We are only seeking stable people that are looking for a long term full-time career and we have found the best way to achieve that objective on a mutually beneficial basis is to restrict all new Associates to a part-time participation for the first 90 days as a probationary period where we mutually determine if we are a good fit for each other in an informal Earn while you Learn training capacity.

Our Associate Opportunity can enable you to help people and make a difference doing it while picking up some supplemental income, give you a whole new career, or a second career. You can start part time, work from home, and grow it into a 6 figure annual income and your own business so you will never want or need a JOB again.

Referrals have always been the lifeblood of our business and we will help you build your own referral base so you are never lacking and can experience the abundance that our long time Associates and Clients have been for years and soon you will be able to join them.

Everyone knows 300 people on average and odds are at any given time one or more of them have a real estate, income, or retirement challenge they are facing so we teach even our administrative people how to properly make a referral and be rewarded while someone else does the work.

Everyone starts part-time as a PR Associate 'Probie' on 90 Days Probation and enters our earn while you learn training program as an Appointment Setter where you will have the ability to earn up to $25/hr (with bonuses) you will progress quickly to CSR, then advance to recruiter, real estate assistant, and then to IMA and Associate, where you can remain until you are ready to move on into management or to become a Consultant or an Advisor.

We know it us critically important that all Associates learn the administrative basics so they appreciate the work the people in supporting roles do to make this opportunity possible.

Starting in our Earn While You Learn Training Program you will start part-time and earn supplemental income, then gradually transition into the last career you will ever want or need.  Work from home and/or 1 of our local branch Offices. We are adding local branch offices as quickly as we can get branch managers trained and qualified to operate them.

We have the Programs that make a difference for our Clients and Associates solving real estate and income problems. Work as an Appointment Setter and/or Recruiter is important. It pays you above average for the work that you do which is possible because we don't pay anyone just for showing up, only for work, so you know you will never be around slackers in our world.

We divide up the work among as many people as it takes to get the job done, and each person gets paid based on the work that they actually do.

You will be an Independent Contractor with all of the tax and financial benefits that come with it. In business for yourself but not by yourself and living life on your own terms as you work taking care of business in an environment where work can and should be fun with a sound future.

You will be an Independent Contractor for the maximum income and tax advantages available. You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. You will have the right to use our systems and processes in your business.

You will want to obtain an EIN number ASAP and not use your Social Security number and create a separate entity via a d/b/a or better yet as a corporation or LLC.

We pay people for the work that they do, not for just showing up, so the more efficient you are at your work the higher your effective hourly earnings will be. And as you come across people with a need and refer them to one of our Associates you will find the additional bonuses will add up quickly.

We do require a Commitment from you to continue past our basic earn while you lean training and move to full-time.

If you are not ready and willing to commit you can still set appointments and do CSR work for our Associates part-time. (an Associate earns the income difference)

Commitment means you stay loyal to what you said you were going to do long after the mood you said it in has left you.

We are adding local branch offices as quickly as we can get branch managers trained and Certified to operate them to support our existing regional offices.

First we build our teams, then we add the office because "If you build it, they will come" may have worked out for Kevin Costner in Field of Dreams but it is not a sound strategy for expanding a business.
We have many local Branch Offices on the Drawing Board and we identify potential Team Leaders and help them build their teams prior to opening a local Branch Office which can be a hub for any or all of our Triad that is collaborating on the expansion.

One of the many common threads in our Triad is the Real Estate Education company that we chose to be our preferred primary provider of Real Estate and Financial Literacy education to relieve us of that burden since our training instructors are retired.

We did not make that choice lightly and we are confident we made the best choice and are pleased to have them as our primary Education Provider since over the years we found an educated Client is our best Client, an educated Associate can best assist our Clients, so we can just do deals that Make A Difference.

Requirements are  you need at least 15 points to qualify to enter Basic Training (each step completed is worth 1 point) and there are 29 total steps because we need to feel that you can be a good long term fit and you should understand at least enough of what we do to feel it is a good fit for you before either of us invest a lot of time and money in your training and future.

It probably seems like we have a lot of steps that will take a lot of time to get through, that is true now, and has always been true, as a matter of fact our Step 2 Orientation at one point was a 2 full day event (Sat & Sun) before we made our selections of who got to start Basic Training at a Career Planning Interview (CPI) the following week. (just ask Joe) But considering that we deal with Clients for life and what is at stake for them and you we have found it is in everyone's best interest.
