3 Daily Answers

At the end of each day I need your answers to these 3 questions to go to your Team Leader:

1. What did you do today, and what were the results?

2. What were the problems & challenges?

3. Do you have any questions for me?


Remember 2 things: If it is not directly related to, or moving things 1 step closer to: 1. generating revenue, 2. on-boarding a new trainee, or helping someone on your team get to 1 or 2, it is not work.



Basic Telephone Protocol


Prerequisites: If you are the person making a call think before picking up the phone, have an objective and an agenda in mind, estimate Estimate how much time it should take.


If you don't do this in advance don't make the call. Keep in mind your call is an interruption if it is not expected at a specific time.


When you do make a call:


1. Identify yourself and the purpose of your call.


2. Ask if the time you want is available now, or if another time would be better.


3. Ask permission to speak and stick to the agenda.


4. Watch the time.


5. If it may run more time than estimated, ask permission to continue or reschedule.


6. Thank the person for their time when you end the call, it is a resource they can not recover that you utilized.


This Basic Telephone Protocol should be used by prospective clients, Clients, Associates, and Senior Associates alike.


For anyone fortunate enough to have occasion and access to call one of our Advisors, Senior Advisors, or Advisory Board members, the Basic Telephone Protocol above is an absolute necessity due to their added responsibility and the greater demands on their time.

Do you know the difference between your Potential and your Capacity?

    At one time we thought we could help everyone. We wanted to spread our message everywhere so that people could be free of their limitations, but then we realized something that changed our whole approach.


    We realized that this wasn't realistic or even possible. But what we COULD do was make a difference to those people, such as yourself, who come into our path. Although we have the POTENTIAL to help many people, we only have the CAPACITY to help those who want our help in this moment, and those numbers are very limited.
