After closing to new Clients & Associates a few months prior to 9-11 we are now making room for the Clients & Associates we haven't met yet for the first time in years as part of an EPIC Movement with a Mission because the current economic and market conditions demand it.

   Our ideal candidate is 25+ married or in a committed relationship with a stable work history in management, customer service, marketing or sales. Restaurant management experience or an entrepreneur background can be helpful.

We're an Incubator for People & Deals & a Private Deal Platform.


    We're real estate investors who completed thousands of deals and successfully retired from the Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Banking business but not from doing deals. We have many Associates & Clients that have been with us over 25 and 30 years, most are retired now but many still do deals to this day.


To give you an idea of fast track advancement potential;


   the last time we did anything like this for our Mortgage Company in the early 80's, from our first Orientation and Basic Training class of 29;

we culled down to 19 we allowed to start;

   1 went on to become President of the Mortgage Company,


   1 went on to become Vice President,


   3 became Program Directors,


   5 became Assistant Program Directors,


   1 headed our new Real Estate Company,


   and  the rest went on as financial Associates, learned a lot, and earned a well above average income while helping us get to over $100 Million Dollars in our first year and to our first $100 Million Dollar+ month in our 15th month.

   11 out of 19 hit the fast track and all 19 did well.


   That was in the early 80's when rates were still double digits and prices were much lower. (most nice houses under $100K) $100 million then, would be more like $300 million today.


   We can't promise a repeat, but if you're up for the task we'll challenge you to do even better if you qualify to get in and are willing to make a commitment.
