Realtor, you are the engine that drives this industry yet, historically,
you are kept out of the biggest reward any business has to offer, OWNERSHIP.
Unfortunately, most Realtors careers take one of a handful of paths...
1) They QUIT before they get started.
2) They show up, hang
around, fall into a few deals, and then they quit.
3) They build a
decent living for themselves and with average effort "make a living" BUT
are still showing houses at the age of 80.
4) They do well for a
handful of years, but eventually burn out as the quality of life just
isn't there.
5) They become a Rain Maker, build a small team around
them, maximize sales for 5+ years, but again get tired of the pace and
the constant demands, and burn out.
A few, maybe 1%, GET IT, they
realize there’s been a better way right under their nose the entire
time. For those "fortunate" few, they may begin to see the quality of
their lives change...they begin to enjoy Real Estate again.
