We are bringing our Apartment Investment Program out of mothballs due to the current favorable market conditions as we will once again be raising money for the acquisition of apartment buildings, but this time a better class of building, not for condo conversion, (at least at this time) but to keep and operate for cash flow, appreciation and tax benefits.

   We will probably structure it as an REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) for the maximum benefits distribution to members.
