This is especially important if you have any desire to move into a leadership role where your income grows exponentially based on your work AND the work completed by your team. If you don't commit, you don't qualify to lead a team.

Your Commitment Fee is there to make it easier for you and us to be certain you are serious and will follow through and complete simple tasks during your 90 day probation.

It is reimbursed over and above payment for the work that you do thru our Tuition Reimbursement Program so it is not a cost to you.

The only way it can cost you is if you don't follow through for at least 90 days, do some work for Associates and/or Clients, and/or add some Associates and/or Clients to your Team or another team.

Note: You will earn several times more than your commitment fee during during your 90 day probation period if you complete your first 3 assignments and a good portion of the work you start.

On top of that our Tuition Reimbursement Program will have reimbursed you for all or most of your Commitment Fee if you followed all or most of the diretions.

Note: We know our Associate Commitment Fee has an increase to $1,500.00 pending waiting only for the programming for the increase to be completed so the next increase can be planned.

Note: We know our Associate Commitment Fee has an increase to $1,000.00 pending and the next increase is to $1,800 to keep up with inflation ... making it comparable to the original from 1975.

Due to the current market conditions I have been asked if we could have a real estate syndication the Associates and Clients could participate in that would allow them to share in the benefits.

My answer was only if we could do it right and have enough interest from Associates and Clients.

To do it right I would envision it strategically building to the following goals to make it worthwhile;

Initial Goal: 10,000 Doors

Mid Point Goal: 25,000 Do.ors

Maintenance Point: 50,000 Doors

It will obviously take some time to get there, but far less time than you would imagine ... we have some secret weapons to accelerate growth.
