For us that have been around a while it is just taking care of business everyday as usual, which is mainly spending time with family, friends, and visiting with our long time existing Clients and retired Associates.
You would think that the answer for you who are not already on the inside it would depend on what role you want to play in our movement . . .
Associate - or - Client?
You do have a chance to get started as either. (whether you are aware of it or not is another question)

You can get started as either, and what you will soon find is that most people end up playing both roles at some point, some sooner, some later, but sooner or later you will see that there are short term and more importantly long term advantages to playing both roles. (which is why our Associates & Clients have stayed for years)
We ended up getting good at what we do over the years, but that creates 2 problems; 1. the better you do your job the sooner you don't have one, (i.e. projects sell out) 2. once your Associates and/or Clients achieve Financial Independence the volume of work that needs to be done goes down, as does the willingness to do work for others when you don't have to work to pay the bills, with the power of choice in how to spend your time many things come before work.
But that is the life we chose, and we wouldn't have it any other way. So join us as you choose to, if you are not earning six figures or well on your way to financial freedom joining us is a wise choice.

All new Associates (regardless of role) start with a Commitment Agreement and the same 30 Day Basic Training as the first leg of your 90 Day Probation prior to going full time in your role.

Basic Training
Is the first step after you execute your Commitment Agreement and is same for the first 30 days for all roles to cover the basics. Role specific training commences during the next 60 days to finish out your 90 day probationary period prior to final placement which you may change based on your chosen specialty.

You will find that all roles (except Appointment Setter/CSR & Client) do require a full time commitment at some point in order to excel at just like any other profession or serious endeavor does. (who would want a part time Doctor? - Part time Realtors aren't much help & don't earn much money)
We offer the part time start and 90 day probationary period to allow you to make the transition smoothy and fully informed and prepared to start your future on the right track, yet still be able to return to your past if the freedom, flexibility, and responsibility of being able to choose your own hours, priorities, and income level prove to be more than you can handle.
