If you are not already a Client you will want to start with our Program Application that will get you on the inside as a Client and get you a pre-approval so you know what you qualify for. (the only other ways to get on the inside as a Client is to purchase a land trust or become an Associate)


Important Note: No refunds unless we can't issue you a pre-approval. It takes time and effort to generate your pre-approval for a tiny commitment fee that shows us you're serious. It will apply at 2X to your first (or next) deal so it's an asset and not a cost. We don’t want to waste Customer Service time processing a handful of refund requests from the inevitable small group of people you can simply never please so the commitment fee is non-refundable unless we can"t issue you a pre-approval in which case your refund is automatic and comes within 10 days. So if $500 that you either double or get refunded is too much for you to “risk” please just pass on the whole opportunity. But keep in mind – you’ll never find an offer this good anywhere else nor will you get access to our Proprietary Programs, Private Deal Platform, and resources which are not available anywhere else.

    This is our first real recruiting effort in more than 25 years and the first one where we are seeking a significant number of new Associate trainees in over 35 years to enable us to accept new Clients since an Associate is required to become a Client.
