Basic Telephone Protocol
Prerequisites: If you are the person making a call think before picking up the phone, have an objective and an agenda in mind, estimate Estimate how much time it should take.
If you don't do this in advance don't make the call. Keep in mind your call is an interruption if it is not expected at a specific time.
When you do make a call:
1. Identify yourself and the purpose of your call.
This Basic Telephone Protocol should be used by prospective clients, Clients, Associates, and Senior Associates alike.

Which of the 3 Types is for you?
Do you know the difference between your Potential and your Capacity?
You've read and heard a lot about potential, but there is a major difference between your potential and your capacity. The major difference is that potential is based on the future. When you have the potential to do something, it is about becoming something other than who you are in the present moment.
Capacity is based on the present moment. Your capacity already exists. Capacity is defined by doing what you can do today – in this moment.
At one time we thought we could help everyone. We wanted to spread our message everywhere so that people could be free of their limitations, but then we realized something that changed our whole approach.
We realized that this wasn't realistic or even possible. But what we COULD do was make a difference to those people, such as yourself, who come into our path. Although we have the POTENTIAL to help many people, we only have the CAPACITY to help those who want our help in this moment, and those numbers are very limited.
So for now, forget about your potential and focus on your capacity in this moment. Do what you can do right now. Even the smallest step will bring you closer to your desire. Don't wait. Take that small step NOW! Do it TODAY!
